no privileges for esrs ip client
Hi,
I'm trying to install the esrs ip client for a couple of weeks now but i get stuck during the installation when i have to enter my powerlink credentials. The setup keeps complaining about my powerlink account not having the privileges for esrs ip client.
How do i get this fixed? Emc support got me nowhere in all these weeks.

When registering the site id it says
Thank you for registering your software. We will process your registration within 48 hours and send a confirmation e-mail.
I never got any email confirmation however.

I would also recommend visiting http://support.emc.com and going to the "Service Center" tab. You can click "register a product" from there. Make sure this is set up as it could be an issue here.

Braak this would be the direct link : https://support.emc.com/servicecenter/registerProduct/ to register the product once here.
There is a huge transition going on with the IT from Powerlink to this new site.
Please give a try here and let us know the result.

I allready have registered the serial number on this page. It is also shown there correctly. I registered it again but still isn't working from esrs install
