Is it possible to recieve e-mails by severity?

I configured the e-mail notification configuration file mail-notify.conf to send e-mail notifications.  I just have the basic setup in the file including the mail server, e-mail address of the sender, and the e-mail addresses to send the notifications to.

I just want to receive emails with a high severity such as orange and red.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
