I have to realize the next issue:
We have device, that not figured in emc smarts discovery types.
So, now, needs to poll this device for an special OID and should to compare value with threshold and if threshold is High|Low, then to do notification to EMC Smarts.
This is not standard device, is UPS management card with not standard MIB file.

Anybody tried to realize this issue?

1. So I should to create my own Class and SNMP instrument or can I use exist Class for this task?

2. How can I change thresholds from the Pooling and Threshold Console, only for this device or group of devices?

3. How can I change Pooling time and more standard options, only for this device or group of devices

4. How can I enable trace of this Pooling , i wanna see the value that arrives from snmpget.

May be do you have examples with realized task like this, please attache it ...
