Utilisation based on QOS Speed
Is it possible to monitor interface utilisation based on QOS shaping speed and not the physical interafce speed by anyway?

Yes, but you need to be a little careful.
There is an attribute in the ICIM_NetworkAdapter class (from which Port and Interface are refined) called MaxSpeed. You can change this value which is basically the denominator in the utilization calculation, but every discovery cycle, we will reset that value. Assuming this data is available somewhere, consider inserting your revised values in a post-discovery probe.
