VLAN Information into the device

I have some switches devices configuring with VLAN´s into of them but when I try to get the information with APG platform I can´t see this information. I would like to know if I need to configure special parameter in the device into the domain manager configuration?

What vendor/model of Switch? The level of detail Smarts discovers from different switches varies depending on the vendor/model. If Cisco, Smarts should be able to discover the VLANs, for other vendors it may not be able to.

There is no simple fix for discovery issues. Best you can do is work with EMC support to figure out whether Smarts should be able to discover the VLANs for the type of devices you have. If not, file an enhancement request. If yes, they can help you troubleshoot.
