Hello,

Can you please confirm if its happening on one machine or all ? If its one machine does this has exchange tools installed ? I have seen strange behaviour if exchange tools are installed.

Can you please check if search plug-in authenticates without any problem from EX server.

Last thing you can try is to restart EmailXtender Query Service in attempt to release it in case its stuck.

As there are many reasons for authentication failure the more information we have, the better we are in place to answer.

I am not able to authenticate from search plugin and from websearch also.help me out

Hi,

Can you please check if ExQuery.exe on EX server is listining on 1208 TCP port if not you might want to see what has stopped 1208 port from listning. 1208 should be used by ExQuery.exe

If you having more trouble I would suggest contacting EmailXtender support as they should be able to resolve it quickly for you.
