The path cannot be changed from the GUI after there is active data.
You will need to create another archive folder and redirect the archive activities there.
You can use the Web Search function to select the original folder and copy the data to the new archive folder.
Once that is complete you can delete the original folder.

I've created a new archive folder.
But instead of using SourceOne Search to copy the content, I've copied the archive folders physically with Winows Explorer and then ajusted the path to the new location in the database ES1Archive, table dbo.Volume, column CurrentUNCPath.
BTW, we're on 6.5 SP2
