i have old pst files on cd and i need to search thru them. whenever i try to run an archive or search task on the pst file i get the following error:
Cannot add filename.pst to MAPI Profile....
i have checked the permissions on the pst and everything looks fine. i have also copied it to the C drive instead of loading it from the cd.
any thoughts?
