Cannot open Message. Attempt to open Parent folder failed.

Hi All,

Facing this issue with EmailXtender 4.8 on Exchange 2003.

When the user is trying to open a message, the below error message is flashed.

"Cannot open message. Attempt to open Parent folder failed with error code: 2147221233".

Can anybody help on this?
