Cannot see all documents when doing a search
When I log into SourceOne, and run an unfiltered search, the results only show about 3 results for each day. This is the same if doing a "My Items" or "Administrator" search.
However if I do a search with a criteria, e.g. emails received on a date, then the correct number of items is returned.
I cannot see any volume/index issues and we are on the latest service pack.
This used to work, but suddenly stopped working
Any ideas?

Hello jonread25,
It looks like you may have a disconnect between, the SourceOne Indexes and SQL. An example of SQL based searches, are searches with email date.
You can try to re-index the data that you are not able to search for. Which version of SourceOne are you running, our latest version is 6.8 SP1.
You can also open a support ticket, so support can enable tracing and look into the issue further.
