I haven't tested this since 4.7 but if memory serves check nothing under Mailbox. Extract calculates ownership using some sort of algorithm and created the shortcuts in a new folder under Inbox in the users mailbox. Hope this helps.
No, don't put anything in the mailbox tab. If the owner on the pst tab is ok, the user will get this information (when you put a mailbox in, you basically run two tasks: the mailbox tasks and the pst archive... and that you probably don't want to do).
If the ownr is not ok or you want to add the pst data to another user, right click the owner. In version 4.8 a drop down list opens, where you can choose another user.
