disabled user - mailbox shortcut

hi

i've seen that emailxtract shorctut task does skip mailboxes from disabled user with the message "Skipping (NonUser Mailbox)". is there any setting where i can enable shortcut-task for disabled user?

I think that the "Skipping (NonUser Mailbox)" message is due to having the account set to not be visible in the GAL. It's an AD setting under the Exchange Advanced tab "Hide from address list...". When we don't check that we can proces the mailboxes.

In EmailXtract 4.81.409 there is a new switch "Process Disabled Accounts" which has to be set. Powerlink ID esg96471 talks about it. They still have to be visble in the GAL and that new switch has to be set in Xtract.
