E-Mails with embedded screenshots
Does anyone have a solution that would archive the e-mails with embedded screenshots? Unfortunately our users tend to be screenshot crazy and this is making t harder to justify to leadership why this was a good product for us.
If anyone has any ideas i would greatly appreciate it.

Here by archive did you mean shortcut ?
If you meant shortcut then shortcut activity has option to shortcut inline images. You may want to use it. If you are using that option but still finding that inline images are not being shortcut please open service request with EMC support.

Did you mean shortcut emails with inline images? If yes then historical shortcut activity has this option to shortcut inline images.
If you are on an old version where inline images are not getting shortcut, I would recommend upgrading to 7.2.SP2 version.
If you still see any issue, I would recommend opening service request with EMC support.
