If I wanted to set retention based on years how could I accomplish this using EmailXtender. Do I need to create a folder for each year - 6 years old, 5 years old, 4 years old, etc? Then apply a different retention period? If so how do I create a rule if all messages are archived ? I have emails that are 4 years old that need to be archived but not deleted for 3 more years and I have emails that are 5 years old that need to be archived but not deleted for 2 more years. Is this possible.
