emc offline access - test server connectivity failed.
Hi
we are using emc offline access 6.8 , and there are a number of users who have issues accessing their short cut emails.
they are able to access their emails via IE .
I ran a test on the emc offline access addon and the server connection failed for both worker servers.
The only way we have found to remove the issues is to reimage the PC.
reinstalling the emc offline access does not resolve the problem.

Hi Paul,
That looks more like an network issue. Clients need to talk to sourceone server defined while install on tcp port 8001 and 8002.
DocmanageUC log file on server can show if it is receiving requests or not.
If stuck you can always engage emc sourceone support to have your environment looked into.
