I am new to SourceOne, and I have to install the EMC SourceOne and eDiscovery for the Microsoft Exchange server.

I have some questions.

Can anyone tell me where can I find the product download and Installation documents?

What are the prerequisities to install the sourceOne and eDiscovery?

Environment required and other application like SQL server database. Other software and configurations?

Troubleshoot and support?

Any Risk involved?

I appreciate, if some one can share me any docs or process steps followed in their sourceOne environment setup.
