Error CProcessMailbox

Everytime we open a shortcutted email, the following event is loged in the otg log on the EX server:

Routine : RestoreShortcutByEID
Description: Opening Msg by EID Failed. Msg ID is '00000000A247E8899B0CD41186040000F87AB7FB0700A1E87B14540FD21185D30000F87AB7FB000000B834090000C94F7183FEC1B7438BFAEC8F9716D4AB000003B095220000'
HR : MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Sometimes the body of the email is missing the first time. After a few seconds, the complete email including the body is available.

    I have found the same error if I try and open email that has only recently been archived and shortcut. Open Message Queues on the EX server (right click My Computer, Manage, expand Services and Applications, Message Queuing) click on Private Queues and wait until all the queues are empty before opening the shortcut email.
