I am getting an abundance of events in the OTG logs. The occurs while importing data from PST files. The error is pretty vague...not much to go on. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Symptom: event: Source : CProcessMailbox
Routine : ProcessMBCSMessages
Description: Unknown error
Cause: Multibyte characters are not supported on Exchange 2003 or Domino
Fix: You must disable MultiByte Character Support processing in EmailXtender if you are archiving from a Notes / Domino Server or an Exchange 2003 server,
Use the following registry key to accomplish this:
Extract - HKLM\Software\OTG\EmailXtract\DisableMBCSProcessing = 1
Realtime Journaling - HKLM\Software\OTG\EmailXtender\DisableMBCSProcessing = 1
This will allow the messages to be archived but the contents will not be indexed / searchable.
