Incomplete Address Resolution?
This is KILLING me!
I have never used Legato before two weeks ago, and am working through some issues. I'd love to take some time to just sit and learn it, but I can't. I need to do a search for archived messages that is needed by the "higher ups" as of yesterday, and every time I run a search I get:
Your search encountered servers with incomplete address resolution and as a result may contain omissions. - *Server names*
It's only two of the 4 servers we have, but this is the type of search that absolutely, positively HAS to be complete. I found an article on the KB that said it was a problem with the Query service, and to restart it. I did so on each of the servers, but the issue persists. I've compared as many of the server settings together to see if I could find anything different from the two servers that work, and the two that do not, but I can't find a thing.
We're running EmailXtender 4.81.564, using Exchange 2k3 on Win2k3 R2, SP2.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
