Install ES1_workersetup failed

Question

When I installed ES1_workersetup component, error information occured. Error information was 'Failed to query the SystemConfig table to get the ExDpKey'. I have seen the article Repair SourceOne - Failed to query Systemconfig table to get the ExDpKey and have done as the methods but didn't work. And I checked the table of SystemConfig of Database ES1Activity, but there was no the ExDpKey. Why did the master installation process do not create the primary key ExDpKey? Does anybody know the reason?

Go to your registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EMC\SourceOne\Security

For the value ExDpkey, fill in another key of another SourceOne installation.

Thanks a lot. I checked the registry and I found the ExDpKey value. So how I solve this problem now?

Try the following Change the following reg key from1 to 0 and run a repair on the software HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA\fipsalgorithpolicy
