Migration EmailXtender to SourceOne

Hi

I am in the process of migrating and have installed and configured the new Sourceone Server.

I am at the stage where I need to create and configure the email Management Activities.

Before I do so, I would like to ask a few questions:

Can I have both the Journal activity going at the same time on Emailxtender and Source, to be able to give me time to check that it works fine on SourceOne?

Once I am happy, to 'turn EmailXtender in read-only' mode, is it just a matter of removing the journaling mailbox connector in Emailxtender and disabling all the task (ie mail shortcut, etc)?

On Emailxtender, I have a job that runs every week-ends, that short-cut all emails older than 2 years.

I will need to create such job on SourceOne. However, will users be able to retrieve 'SourceOne' shortcut from the Emailxtender archives, or do I need first to run a job to Archive all the mailboxes (Historical) on Sourceone, and therefore have another set (and storage) of 2 years of emails archive?
