The error indicating profile, which would normally contain a profile name, indicates that a profile was unable to be generated. This can occur if there is no connection mailbox specified.
Solution:
* Add a connection mailbox: * Open the EmailXtender Administrator * Right Click the EmailVault -> Properties * Choose the "Email Connection Mailboxes" property sheet. * Add at least one Journaling mailbox. Note that the mailbox added will be polled and processed by EmailXtender.
* Open the EmailXtender Administrator * Right Click the EmailVault -> Properties * Choose the "Email Connection Mailboxes" property sheet. * Add at least one Journaling mailbox. Note that the mailbox added will be polled and processed by EmailXtender. I have done the above steps before submitting this question on forum. But still receive same error.

Do you know if "Emailxtender.dlc" is created?
In EmailXtender Administrator, do you have exclusion rules in the folders?

Thanks for your kind help. Due to DLC file was not created. After doing it, i am getting emails in my Archive.
