Good Afternoon,

A few questions:

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the add in?

What version of the EmailXtender add in are you running?

Is it Notes or Outlook and what version of the client?

Was the install an active install or a silent install?

Other than the hang, do you see any error?

I don't know how I missed uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it. That did fix the issue, thanks for your help!
