Problem installing EmailXtender Search Plug-in

We are installing the EmailXtender 4.81 search plug-in on our users' machines. Two users have reported that they have an install box that won't go away. It says:

Legato EmailXtender 4.81 Client

Please wait while Windows configures LEGATO EmailXtender 4.81 Client

Gathering Required Information

It just seems to be hung. Any ideas as to why this is happening? It still appears after a reboot - it just seems like it is having a problem installing.

Good Afternoon,

A few questions:

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the add in?

What version of the EmailXtender add in are you running?

Is it Notes or Outlook and what version of the client?

Was the install an active install or a silent install?

Other than the hang, do you see any error?

I don't know how I missed uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it. That did fix the issue, thanks for your help!
