Problem with restoring shortcuts with Lotus notes
When i am restoring shortcuts with the EMC Source One(6.5 SP2), they are getting restored successfully in Inbox and in user created folders. But they are not getting restored in Sent folder. Job logs show no Error. Also all the mails are getting restored in All Documents folder.

I have found a few instances of other customers reporting this issue, so your issue is not unique. What I suggest is to engage the Chat engineers with this problem, and they will be able to look further into it for you.
