Service start up error

HI,

when we start up the system ,LEGATO EmailXtender Archive is not getting started automatically ,inspite of it in automatic start mode.

When I try to start up, through the services . I am getting this error

LAGATO EmailXtender Archive services on Local Computer started and stopped,Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example , the Performance Logs and Alerts services.

Can any help me out .

Hi Kummi,

I do not think I saw Archive service doing so. Do you seen any errors in OTG event long when you start Archive services ?

Problem could be that consol0 was not used while installing EX remotely. You might want to do a repair install using consol 0 session.

Just one thing to remember that LEGATO EmailXtender Message Transport service is meant to be set to manual and would not start of a third party software is not in the environment for which it is designed.
