Shortcut Attachments Error
User click on any shortcutted email. Error is
Shortcut error
Cannot open restored message. Error code was -2147221241
We currently have 2 users who get the same error. The rest are fine. We've reinstalled plugin which makes no diference.
Anyone seen this before?

Can you please discribe EX Server version and client version ? If its 4.81.655 then try installing older version of plug-in on client or call EMC Support, they might be able to assist as there was something found in code some time ago which affected certain client machine.
In case you have search client from 4.81.564 release try that on the client machine. If this resolves the issue upcoming release of EX patch kit will be able to address the issue for you.

Check the registry path
HKLM|SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\EXOutlookAddin.ShortcutAddin
Make sure LoadBehavior is 3.
