Hi,

I have a problem with shortcuts not working when trying to open a shortcutted message from Outlook message list. They work just fine when I open them from EX Search plugin. Error message: "The message selected is archived & shortcutted, and cannot currently be retrieved (shortcuts are not available when outlook is offline.) If using cache mode, please synchronize your mailbox." Outlook is NOT in cached mode.

After every error there are some events in EX server's event log.

Any ideas, please? I've tried anything from the manual's Troubleshooting section and suggestions from forum, nothing worked.
