Shortcut resolution while EX server is down
If we open a shortcut when EX server is down, we get the message that "This message has been removed by Extract. Please open this message to view it." This is OK.
But when the EX server is back and running and we open the message we still get the same message. We are using Lotus, so if you logout of your nsf or reopen your nsf and open this message, it opens properly.
Is there a way to avoid this relogging/re-opening of the nsf?
