Shortcut Support Install does not create Public Folders

Question

We have EX 4.8 and just installed Shortcut Support. The install guide says that two public folders, EmailXtender and EmailXtender\Schema, are created during the installation. They don't seem to have been created and I don't see any errors in the logs. Any thoughts?

Hi Jason,When you ran OWA install it asked you if you want it with public folders support did you select public folder support ? I believe that is not selected by default.Thanks,Rajan
