SourceOne Disaster Recovery Testing

We have our SourceOne Email Archive running as a VM.  We use DiskXtender to write the archive to a Centera.  The application pool on the Centera is replicated to another Centera in our DR site.  We would like to test SourceOne this year by failing our VM over to our DR site.  DiskXtender is using a PEA file for authorization to the Centera, but I see that it is a merged PEA file, so it appears that maybe DiskXtender is aware of the Centera in our DR site.  Has anyone tested SourceOne in a DR scenario before?

What is everyone doing about backup / recovery of Sourceone?
