SourceOne Journaling activity for Microsoft exchage 2007
Hi,
I have configured an activity on EMC Sourceone 6.5.2 for journaling. I have created a journaling mailbox in exchange 2007 which is getting all the emails from everywhere. EMC Sourceone primary service account has full mailbox access permission to journaling mailbox.
The problem is, the activity starts and completes in a second, and shows that the status as completed. It is also showing the total number of data sources is 0.
The activity completes successfully but without copying anything. folder count is 0.
Please share any suggestions or ideas .

Hi Atif,
Did you check rest of the jobs that are coming in ? There will be few jobs that will complete quickly but there will be few that will continue to work on your journal mailbox(es). Are there any jobs that shows that they archived messages ? There is a column that you could add to the view if it’s not already there.
If nothing is happening and you could not see volumes created, can you please check the errors on your worker server’s event logs ? Also check ExJbJournal.exe.log file to see if you pick anything. If you cannot find anything relevant I would suggest contact EMC SourceOne support.
