SourceOne Offline Access and Metconv.txt error
Hi
We are using SourceOne Offline Access and sometimes we get an error when we click on an e-mail. The error is shown below:
Usually we can click OK and continue. But sometimes we need to kill Outlook.exe and start it again. Is this a known error? Does anybody else get this error?

Hi there,
Have you tried installing Measurement Converter from Microsoft on a test machine ?

Still worth while speaking to support if you do not want to install the converter.
