We have the same problem.
We're getting these errors 2-3 times a day.

The first error usually is:
* Unknown? Error 10/02/07 10:13:51 Source : CProcessMailbox
Routine : ArchiveMessage
Description: Failed creating message file at C:\Program Files\EMC\EmailXtender\\EmailVault\DropDir\M20070926093540997.MAILBOX\48537D9F378E7768E87DADA2.msg. Moved to sent items
HR : E_ACCESSDENIED - General access denied error

and then we're getting the same error mentioned by Patrick.

Anyone got an idea?
