Upper limit for mailbox size

Question

Is there any upper limit on the mailbox size EX can handle? We are facing issues with mailboxes worth 25 GB & 33 GB of size.

As far as archiving/shortcutting is concerned I am not aware of any such limit. If it does not work and your client has support contract in place you can open new SR for this.

Are we talking about users mailbox and EmailXtract ?

We are refering to the mailbox size. We are facing issues with archiving/shortcutting & recovering large mailboxes using EmailXtract.
