Auto Start Program Help

Please, Help!!
 
I have a bunch of programs that auto start when I turn on my computer.  They are using way too much system resources and I can't figure out how to stop them from starting up on their own.
 
Any ideas??

Download AdAware and SpyBot Search & Destroy from www.downloads.com.  Install these programs, update them and run them.  Let them remove anything that they find.  Then, empty your Windows Startup folder.  Last, run msconfig and uncheck any applications that you know you do not want running in the startup group.  Some of these may be the same ones you have in the Windows startup folder.  Restart your computer.

click on start, run and type in msconfig. next click on the startup tab (last tab) it will show you all the programs you have installed and if the box is checked that means it is set to start up when your computer starts. you will need to uncheck the box or boxes you dont want to start up
