dvd decoder

had to change hard drives now dvd decoder is missing what can I do diminsion 4400

This is the Inpiron - CD/DVD Devices board. But since you are here,
look for a WinDVD or PowerDVD disks amoung the disks that came with
your system. If you do not have them, you will need to purchase one
or the other. My preference is WinDVD.
