Error code 0146

So apparently I have a 0146 error code something to do with hard drive Someone else jacked it up but if I can reboot and fix I get to keep it  Can someone help

Error 0146 indicates a failed/failing hard drive or bad drive sector. This means your hard drive will need to be replaced.

If you have a Dell warranty in effect, contact Dell's Technical Support for a replacement hard drive.
