Error code when burning DVDs
I purchased a Dell External Multi-Format CD/DVD USB Writer. (Manufacturer Part # K75FD) Writer can read/write to single layer and dual layer CDs/DVDs/DVD-Ram disks.
My computer is an Inspiron 580 with Pentium 280GHz 2.80GHz, 4GB memory, 64-bit operating system and running Windows 7.
Trying to burn a movie to DVD+R disc 8.5GB dual layer. Half way through burning get message "Burning Failed Error Code: SenseKey (4), ASC(44), ASCQ(8d).
Using software Honestech VHS to DVD 5.0 Deluxe.
Can you tell me what this error code means?

Try DVD-R DL disc.
