Deploying Solutions Enabler from ECC

Question

When trying to deploy SE from ECC I get a message saying the deployment will negatively affect existing scripts. If it is a brand new server and there are no scripts running we could just proceed with the installation right?

Absolutely. I think the warning is more in case you are upgrading from and older version on the target host and they want to make sure you are aware that some option may have changed.
