ECC 5.3 & 6.0: Cannot move storage pools

When trying to restructure some storage pools, ECC is not allowing me to move some storage pools. It seems like any pool with subpools will move okay, but if the pool holds devices then I get an error (generally the error says that "You can only move standard devices here" or "You can only move RAID 5 Parity devices here"). The destination pool is generally newly created and empty. Anyone seen behavior like this?
