ECC MAster Agent Support for Windows 2003 Itanium

Question

Hi All,

I am trying to install ECC Master Agent on Windows 2003 Itanium, the application crashes after the startup, was just wondering is ECC Master Agent supported on 64 Bit version.

Support Matrix States that Master Agent and Host Agent is supported on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition on Itanium.

Does anyone got it working on 64 bit Windows Edition.

I have it running fine on a HPrx3600 and a rx8640 with no problems.

We had it installed on 2003 Datacener edition running on a HP superdome. It bluescreened and was uninstalled PDQ.We've asked EMC to release a signed 64 bit version before we re-install.
