My Alienware aurora R12 suddenly started doing a pre-boot system diagnostic and keeps saying the pump fan is not responding. As soon as the computer starts up, the fan immediately turns on. I have updated the BIOS and the very thing else the dell website said needed to be updated and cleaned out the computers fans and I do not know what to do next?
