Remote session through MyHelpScreen

Hi,

 

I called Dell technical support and I have Dell's Support Assist which allows RemoteAssist. However, the technical support asked me to start the remote session through MyHelpScreen, a website that I've never heard of and couldn't find much information about.

When I asked why they can't use Support Assist's RemoteAssist, the technical support said that they're using MyHelpScreen. Is this legitimate?

Yes. It is the same thing, but initiated differently.
