Support Assist hangs in instalation

Hi, 

I am trying to reinstall the SupportAssist app but i'm stuck in the main window:

The instalation log is showing this:

Things that i done by reading other's complaints:

- Unistalled previous version

- Eliminated all Dell services

- Cleaned the windows registry

Any ideas that could help me with this issue?
