When I try to open it tells me I have the latest Support Assist installed.

I cannot open my system as I had in the past to check my computer.

I did uninstall and re installed but I still cannot get any further than it telling me I have the latest Support Assist installed.

Very frustrating.

Please tell me what I am doing incorrectly.
