SUPPORT SCAN NOT SCANNING HARDWARE

SINCE LAST 1HR.30MINS IT IS NOT MOVING FURTHUR STILL PRPARING, PLEASE HELP ME MY SYSTEM IS VERY SLOW.

@MAHESH SHARMA 

Please try disabling your security software (anti-virus, anti-malware).  These applications are known to interfere with the SupportAssist Hardware scan.  If disabling them works, then please go into those applications and add the following folders to exceptions (do not scan on access):

C:\Program Files\Dell\SARemediation; and,
C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent.
