A while ago, I tried updating SupportAssist, but the update failed. Therefore, I uninstalled the program; I then tried reinstalling it, but it says that the installation failed.

I followed the instructions in the video for reinstalling SupportAssist , but it is still failing to install. 

Is there an issue with the computer?
