SupportAssist not loading correctly.

At the beginning of december Support Assist was showing three updates. Tried to install them from the Support Assist application but didn't work and asked me to restart computer. After that I haven't been able to use the Support Assist application, as it shows briefly a message, something like: "featuresBasedOnPrivilege - Is Commercial?" (have pictures of the exact message, but don't know if I can upload them here), and then stays loading ad eternum. One of the installations required (Intel-Serial-IO-Driver_WVVGP_WIN_30.100.1943.2_A08.exe) I did finish installing successfully, but the other two (Dell-Update-Application-for-Windows-10_TKFWF_WIN_4.0.0_A00.exe & Dell-Update-Application_RFCGH_WIN_4.0.0_A00.exe)  I can't install, as if I install one, then the other shows me a message that it can't continue, because there is an incompatible installation, and viceversa. So I decided to uninstall them both and only keep the Intel Serial IO Driver installation on the computer. The only way I now can scan my computer for new problems, drivers, updates is through the Internet browser, as for now the Support Assist application doesn't load correctly.

By the way, also used the SupportAssistLauncher and it says that I have the newest version. Suppose it is 3.8. So I really don't know how to solve this issue.

Finished talking to the Dell's Chat Support, but the only solution they offered was that they may have to reinstall the operating system to resolve the issue. I bought the computer on october 7th 2019 and as I had some screen issues since april 2020 I decided to send it to the shop where I bought it before the warranty ran out, but as they had their technical center closed (Covid) I was only able to give them the computer until september 2020. They reinstalled the operating system and gave me back the computer on october 6th 2020. Since then it has been working fine until these three update requests from Support Assist.
I ran a quick test from Dell's webpage using the browser and it told me that everything was fine. I also searched for new drivers and it found the Intel-Serial-IO-Driver that I already updated and now it says that no driver updates were found and that my system has the most recent updates. The issue is only with the SupportAssist application that opens, but doesn't load any information. Dell's Chat Support told me that this issue needs advance troubleshooting and that I should contact local Dell Support for assistance. Another thing that they told me was that this chat support is limited for the users within the USA and as I live in Honduras it seems they can't help me.

But my question is, if Dell's hardware diagnostic didn't show any issues, if I have all the drivers updated, if they already reinstalled the operating system once. Why isn't there an easy way to fix this SupportAssist application (3.8 version) to connect and display data and not only show for some seconds a message about "...featuresBasedOnPrivilege - Is Commercial?..." and then continue loading "ad eternum" without displaying any information on the application.

For now it seems that my only option is to continue using Dell's Support Assist through my browser, as I don't think it is necessary to reinstall the operating system for a second time this year.

Hopefully somebody in this community has a solution to this issue.

New update. As the SupportAssistInstaller/Launcher doesn't repair the installed SupportAssist application, only verifies if it has the latest version, so as a last option I decided to uninstall SupportAssist, restart computer and then reinstall it again. Thank God this worked out fine for me and there is no need to reinstall the whole operating system again.

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling.  It worked a few times, then went right back to "we're still working on loading" screen.
