I tried all the methods written on the site. Supportassist cannot be installed. I could not find an offline installation file anywhere. all links do not work. 

G15 5510 machine. I installed windows 11 from scratch. I installed net6. 

I downloaded it from here.

But I don't even get the loading screen. I click on the file and it does nothing. 

Please help me. This shouldn't be this difficult. I have been using the dell program for two days to keep my computer up to date. I have never spent this much time on a computer for anything.
