The program updated yesterday and no matter how many times I try it will not accept the Dell account (used to log in her and support). It sends a e-male verification then says unknown when the number is in put.
After the last post support were involved. At times patchy support and, as I have hearing difficulties, others near impossible for me to deal with on phone. Indeed with the last contact my wife who has to act as my ears had to get really cross and shout at the technician to shut up so she could tell me what was being said.
Another occasion I was sent a list of instructions to get a set of logs that were incomprehensible. Indeed the technician who took over my laptop had great difficulty in doing them as well!
What it was came down to the December SupportAssistAgent being extra bugged. A self installed update has now fixed it, still waiting to support to find out!
